- The Entrance Examination Test fee has to be paid through online Payment only of Rs. 1,500/- and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PWD/EWS candidates only.
Note: Receipt of fee will be verified against Receipt No. mentioned in filled registration form for eligibility/result.
- Scan the QR code to pay the fee online and save the tranction details in file (PDF / JPG) to upload along form.

- BE READY WITH YOUR PAYMENT ORDER NO/ID (e-RECEIPT)
- May sure that you are using IE or Mozilla Firefox as browser to fill the Online Form. Don't use Mobile as medium to fill the form.
- The Size of the Photo and Signature should be in between 10kb and 20kb only. The width and height of photo should be of 145px X 168px and of Signature should be of 168 px X 57px. [px : pixels]
- Please fill all the required information(fields) before submitting the online registration form.
- After submitting please take print out of the Registration Form for future reference as the ACKNO given form is Important for communication.
- After submitting please take print out of the Registration Form and send the form duly supported with Paytm eReceipt OR Demand Draft(DD)[write your name, mobile no., Acknowledge No at the back of the e-Receipt/DD] must reach to:
